Spacious and private villa surrounded by nature, featuring 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Up to 2 additional guests allowed at $25 each. All bedrooms have king-size beds. The space includes amenities like a smart TV, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a private pool with peaceful forest views.

Roma Garden is located just a 5-minute drive from Playa Pradera, a peaceful beach perfect for swimming or kayaking. It is part of Villas Roma del Mar, an exclusive complex that combines privacy and nature.

Within the complex, you’ll find a well-stocked Mini Market and Aroma del Mar, our meeting point for residents and friends. Aroma del Mar offers a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as pizzas freshly prepared every day by Paolo, all with a beautiful view of Playa Pradera.

It is common to see birds and butterflies, and occasionally, howler monkeys also pass by. The villa includes two covered parking spaces and a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. It is ideal for families, couples, or remote workers seeking a retreat in nature.

Within the complex, you will find a well-stocked Mini Supermarket and Aroma del Mar, our gathering place for residents and friends. Aroma del Mar offers a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as pizzas freshly made every day by Paolo, with a beautiful view of Playa Pradera.

Our residents and guests enjoy walking or jogging around the property in the mornings. Roma del Mar has grown into a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. Additionally, you can enjoy extra services such as:

We value tranquility and kindly ask our guests to be considerate of neighbors while enjoying their stay. Music is allowed until 10:00 p.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. • Access to the villa is mostly via paved roads, but some sections are gravel. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during the rainy season. We are happy to assist you in arranging a rental car. • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
