Villa Tranquila with Ocean views

Very comfortable and private villa with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second and third bedrooms, and two single beds in the fourth. It includes a smart TV, internet, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a ranch with a BBQ. Sliding doors lead to a private infinity pool with stunning island views.

It is very common to see birds and butterflies, and occasionally howler monkeys also pass through. The villa includes two covered parking spaces and a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. This villa is ideal for families, couples, or remote workers looking for a retreat in nature.

Within the complex, you’ll find a well-stocked mini-market and the restaurant Aroma del Mar, a favorite meeting place for residents and friends. Aroma del Mar offers a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as pizzas prepared daily by Paolo, all with a beautiful view of Playa Pradera.

Our residents and guests enjoy walking or jogging around the property in the mornings. Roma del Mar has grown into a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. Additionally, you can enjoy extra services such as:

• Local cooks who prepare authentic Costa Rican dishes in your private kitchen.

• Assistance in receiving fresh catch of the day directly from local fishermen in our community.

This villa is located in a peaceful setting between mountains, with views of the Gulf of Nicoya, and just 5 minutes from the beach. It is only 3 kilometers from the ferry station connecting to Puntarenas, making day trips convenient. Its location provides the peace and privacy needed to disconnect, while also being close enough to explore tourist destinations such as Santa Teresa, Montezuma, Sámara, and other areas of the Nicoya Peninsula. We also recommend the Isla Tortuga snorkeling tour, which departs from our beach.

We value tranquility and kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors while enjoying their stay. Music is allowed until 10:00 p.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Access to the villa is mostly via paved roads, with some gravel sections. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during the rainy season (winter). We are happy to assist you in arranging a car rental.

Within the villa complex, you can enjoy our restaurant, Aroma del Mar, but there are also two other nearby restaurants where you can try local flavors. For those seeking activities, we offer boat trips to nearby islands and bioluminescence tours—an unforgettable experience you shouldn’t miss.

During the day, you can walk or jog around the property while enjoying the biodiversity that surrounds the villas. It’s common to see birds, butterflies, and even howler monkeys. If you’re into day trips, we’re close to destinations like Montezuma, Santa Teresa, and Sámara—great spots for a day of exploring.

Access to the villas is easy, mostly via paved roads; however, some sections near the complex are gravel. For this reason, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during the rainy season, to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. If you need help renting a car, we’ll be happy to assist you.

There is no public transportation in the area, but informal taxis can be arranged upon request. Availability may be limited, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance.

We’re strategically located just 3 kilometers from the Playa Naranjo ferry terminal, which connects with Puntarenas and makes day trips easy. Liberia International Airport is a 2.5-hour drive, and Juan Santamaría International Airport in Alajuela is 1.5 hours from the ferry port.

Each villa includes private parking, making transportation even more convenient for guests with their own vehicle.
