Comfortable and private villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. It features a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in each of the other two rooms. Up to 2 additional guests allowed at $25 each. Includes a smart TV, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open to a private infinity pool with stunning island views.

It is common to see birds and butterflies, and occasionally, howler monkeys also pass by. The villa includes two covered parking spaces and a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. It is ideal for families, couples, or remote workers seeking a retreat in nature.

Within the complex, you will find a well-stocked Mini Supermarket and Aroma del Mar, our gathering place for residents and friends. Aroma del Mar offers a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as pizzas freshly made every day by Paolo, with a beautiful view of Playa Pradera.

Our residents and guests enjoy walking or jogging around the property in the mornings. Roma del Mar has grown into a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. Additionally, you can enjoy extra services such as:

• Access to the villa is mostly via paved roads, but some sections are gravel. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during the rainy season. We are happy to assist you in arranging a rental car.
